What if I receive damaged linen?

We stand by the quality of our linen. We expect that our clients inspect their order and let us know of any damages within 10 days of receiving your order. A photo of the damage is required in order to proceed with a replacement or a credit towards your next order. Should we require the linen back to document for our supply chain inspection, we will coordinate the shipping.

What if I cannot find what I need on your website?

Our inventory is constantly expanding, so if you cannot find what you are looking for, please contact us and we will see what we can do to source what you need. Typically we can fill special orders within 30 days.  

I would like to pay by another method other than credit card, is that possible?

Yes, we also accept wire transfers and email transfers.
